sleeping Jacob

Usually, I would drive my car and my wife would hold my son to my aunt house then go to office in the morning. This morning my wife is stomachache and takes one day off. So I have to take Jacob to my aunt along. Anyway, this is first time he sat on his car seat, and I don't know why he is so sleepy and keep sleeping. Then~~~ my poor son.
